Refund policy

 

At ANR Concrete Studio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms regarding returns and refunds.

15 Day Structural Warranty

During the first 15 days after delivery, ANR Concrete Studio, Inc. at its sole option, shall refund or replace product if it fails to maintain functional structural integrity for the intended purpose of the product solely due to a manufacturing defect. This applies only to ANR products that have been handled, installed and maintained in the manner recommended by ANR. Hairline cracks, surface scratches and chips are not included as part of this warranty, nor is structural damage caused by severe impacts or damage stemming from loss of support and/or excessive deflections by the supporting cabinetry or hardware. ANR Concrete Studio, Inc. shall have sole and final right to determine whether a warranty claim is valid.

All freight associated to a return or replacement is at customers expense.

Standard Return Period:

1. Return Requests: All return requests must be made within 15 business days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return.

2. Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Beyond 15 Business Days

1. Discretionary Approval: Requests for returns beyond the initial 15 business days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of ANR Concrete Studio. We reserve the right to deny any return request made after this period.

2. Shipping and Restocking Fees: Approved returns requested beyond 15 business days are subject to shipping costs and a restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price may apply.

Refund Processing

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.

2. Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
